We spent four days at ZEPS in Zenica, from 2 to 5 September 2026. For a short while, the fair brought companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina and from other countries into one place - close enough that we could walk the halls in person.
MESH is a small data and software practice. We do not have a sales team. Most of our work starts when someone has a concrete operational problem: reports that do not match, files that keep coming back, systems that do not quite agree with each other. ZEPS is one of the few times in the year when people who live with those problems are gathered a short trip from home.
We went to meet them. To put a face to the company name, to listen. And, honestly, we think it is still a better starting point than a cold email.
