1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is MESH SOLUTIONS VL KADRIĆ MEHMED ZENICA, Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina (trading as MESH Data Solutions). Contact: info@meshdatasolutions.com.

2. What data we collect and why

We process the information you submit through the Request an Audit form (name, work email, company, role, optional website, and the business context you describe) for the sole purpose of responding to your request and scoping a possible engagement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

Please do not send personal, confidential, financial, health, authentication, or production data through the form. Any data transfer happens only after we agree on scope, confidentiality, and a secure method.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use a minimally configured Google Analytics 4 setup with the shortest data-retention period and personalization, ad features, and remarketing disabled. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We never send the content of form fields to analytics.

4. Processors and international transfers

Email is handled by our email provider and analytics by Google. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it relies on the provider's applicable safeguards. A full list is available on request.

5. How long we keep data

Audit requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 24 months after submission. Records related to an actual engagement are kept as required for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. To exercise any right, contact info@meshdatasolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. IP addresses

We do not store your IP address with your request. IP addresses are used transiently only to protect the form against abuse (rate limiting).
